Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
In the original packaging/original condition (if there wasn't packaging) and unused.
Proof of Purchase - Receipt or Gift Receipt (Physical or E-Receipt)
Refunds
Once we receive your item and as long as it follows the return policy requirements, we will process a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, you will need to ship your item back to us.
When you are refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Item(s) must be safely packed in a box, so that they are not damaged in transit back to Lake View Creations.
